Standard rentals are up to 8 hours — 2–4 hours longer than most DFW competitors. All 8 hours are yours at the listed price.

Through May 31, the Water Add-on is set to $0 in our booking system. Just select it when booking any slide. No code, no hassle — the water feature is included automatically.

A built-in drip hose runs from the top of the slide to keep the surface wet, plus a shallow catch pool at the bottom. You connect a standard garden hose to the inlet — the rest handles itself.

Yes — a standard garden hose connection at your home or venue is all we need. The slide handles the rest.

We deliver to Prosper, Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Little Elm, Allen, Aubrey, and Plano. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Prosper (covers most of Frisco and Celina), $25 within 25 miles, and $50 within 75 miles. Setup and teardown are always included regardless of distance. Outside 75 miles? Call us — we'll often still deliver with a small additional travel fee.

We deliver, inflate, anchor (stakes for grass, sandbags for hard surfaces), run a safety check, and have everything party-ready 1–2 hours before your start time. At the end of your rental window we come back and take everything down.

Grass is ideal. Concrete and asphalt work with sandbag anchoring. We need the ground to be reasonably flat and clear of debris. Pools, steep slopes, or rough terrain — call us to assess.

Our slides require approximately 20′W × 30′L × 20′H of clear space. The exact spec is on each product page. When in doubt, call us — we help measure before you book.

Typically 30–45 minutes. We arrive 1–2 hours before your party starts to allow time for setup and a safety check.

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH, and cash. Payment is handled through our secure Booqable booking system.

7+ days before: full refund minus $25 processing fee. 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours: deposit is forfeited. We are flexible for weather cancellations — see the weather question below.

If it's actively storming or lightning is forecasted, we'll reschedule for free within 30 days — no penalty, no deposit lost. Minor drizzle doesn't cancel. We monitor radar and contact you 24 hours out if conditions look severe.

We pause operation if sustained winds exceed 15 mph for safety. Once wind drops below 15 mph we resume. Gusty days are monitored in real time.

All equipment are built to industry safety standards. Every unit is sanitized with commercial-grade disinfectant, visually inspected, and inspected before each rental.

Yes. Bouncy Lions carries full liability insurance on every booking. Insurance certificates are available on request for school or HOA events that require them.

We handle setup and teardown, but you (or another responsible adult) supervise children during the rental. We're on-call at (214) 247-6110 for the full duration of your rental.

Our 20-foot slides are rated for ages 4–13. The Classic Bouncer is for ages 3–8. The Combo Bouncer handles ages 3–12. Weight limits are printed on each unit — the slides handle 250–300 lbs per rider.

All four 20-foot water slides are $299 for up to 8 hours. The water upgrade is free through May 31. Free delivery and setup are included.

All four are 20 feet tall with a water drip hose and catch pool. The difference is theme and color: Tidal Wave (blue/red, classic), Palm Tree (tropical green), Building Block (Lego-inspired primary colors, best for ages 4–10), and Tropic (wide dual-lane racing slide).
